One payout — fourteen line items, one journal entry.

Reconciliation software for accounting firms with marketplace sellers on their books. We take every payout back to the commissions, shipping and withholdings that formed it, and hand you the journal entry ready to post.

“We stopped arguing about whether the payout balances — now we argue about what to do with what we found.”

A hundred sales are not a hundred payments. They are one number.

The marketplace statement and the Mercado Pago transactions record the same sale with different detail, on different dates. We cross both, rebuild every sale, and prove that the sum of its parts is exactly the amount that landed in the bank.

A set of checks runs over every period. When something does not add up, the line is flagged with where it came from.

We recalculate every commission — we don't just add them up

Without an expected figure to compare against, a mischarged fee goes unnoticed month after month. The figures below are from a sample period and illustrate the kind of finding, not a client's results.

4,318.60Sample figure

Commission charged above the category rate

Fourteen listings billed at 16.5 % when their category is 13 %. The difference is documented and can be claimed back.

38,799.60Sample figure

Creditable withholdings, with their paperwork

Every withholding is tied to its certificate and its CFDI. Without that backing, the seller ends up paying the same tax twice.

1,062.00Sample figure

Shipping charged twice

Nine labels charged twice after a return, found by crossing the Mercado Pago transactions against the account statement.

Income tax for individuals

Since 1 January the platform withholds two and a half times more. The creditable amount grew, and with it the cost of not documenting it.

Companies, for the first time

Incorporated sellers entered the withholding regime. Clients who did not need this work before now need it every month.

The tax authority sees the data live

The SAT receives platform data in real time. A sale with no CFDI behind it is visible from the other side of the counter.

The process, from report to journal entry

01

We receive the reports

The period's statement and transactions, read-only. We do not move money and we do not hold tax signing certificates.

02

We take the payout apart

Every line item goes back to its sale, and the total is proved against the bank credit.

03

We recalculate and flag

Checks over commissions, shipping and withholdings. Anything miscalculated is marked.

04

We tie up the CFDIs

Every sale, return and withholding is matched to its receipt. Whatever is missing comes out as a list.

05

We hand over the entry

The period's journal entry, with the working papers behind it.

We are not accounting software: no inventory, no listings, no pricing. We do not move money, we do not issue invoices, and we do not hold the taxpayer's signing certificates.

Bring a real month. We'll reconcile it on the call.

Twenty minutes, with one of your clients on the table. We show you how a real payout of yours comes apart and what we would find in it — or we tell you what we can't do yet.

We reply the same business day. No access to money movements.
